The Service provides Gujarati-language news, articles, e-papers, and related content for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your personal data.

All news content, text, images, logos, and e-papers on the Service are the property of Rakhewal Publications Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

5. Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. These are governed by the respective providers' policies.
